Eden Housing is proud to propose a new senior affordable housing development on Canal Road in Bay Point, Contra Costa County. This five story project will provide 79 high-quality, affordable one bedroom homes for seniors, with an additional two-bedroom unit designated for an on-site manager. The development is designed to foster a strong sense of community while prioritizing safety, accessibility, and resident well-being. Roughly 1/3 of the units will be reserved for veterans. VAH will be responsible for managing the veteran’s housing component, including the hiring of a full time and part time case manager at the property.
