Service Intensive Transitional Housing (SITH)
The SITH program focuses on providing transitional housing, individualized case management, assistance with legal and financial issues, and support to increase veterans’ income, ultimately preparing them for independent living.
Legal Services for Homeless Veterans (LSV)
The LSV Program aims to assist homeless and at-risk veterans facing legal challenges that affect housing stability, offering services like eviction resolution to prevent homelessness and enable rapid rehousing.
In order to be eligible for the VAH program, you must be:
- homeless or at-risk of homelessness
- a single male veteran within the Bay Area (Northern California)
- a veteran of any era
- willing to engage in weekly case management
- willing to live in communal housing
- assessed as ambulatory, able to navigate independently and care for daily health needs
- not responsible for the care of a pet or service animal.
In order to be eligible for the VAH program, you must be:
- be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- a veteran within the Bay Area (Northern California)
- a veteran of any era
- discharge other than dishonorable
- willing to engage in case management
